Scuba diving is a very interesting and exciting sport, the only thing you need is to find a nice place to explore. The Philippines is one of these places where you can find many nice places to explore virtually around every island of the 7000 islands of Philippines.
Reaching the Philippines is very easy as you can take an international flight to Manila airport directly from more than 30 international cities as well as more and more from joint flights that you can use. The transportation throughout the Philippines is a trip on its own as you can keep moving through the water all the time. Use a small boat for transportation between the different islands.
While you are enjoying any diving site in the Philippines, you will also enjoy the friendly people who are opting to help you out with anything you want. If you are staying in a big 5 star hotel or even a small motel you will find the staff very helpful and they can guide you to the nearest diving center in the area, you can also find them on your own as they are scattered everywhere.
If you are a beginner then you may want to take some lessons before you indulge in the open water. If you are comfortable with the sea then you can you can take your first lessons in the shallow waters but if you want to learn the ropes first in a very safe place then go to one of these diving centers that have a pool in the premises.
If you are licensed diver then diving would not be a problem for you in Philippines as you can find the best gears that you may want in these diving centers. You can also rent boats or join diving excursions through theses diving centers. They are relatively cheaper than joining the same trips through your hotel. If you are travelling with your friends or family then you can rent a boat just for yourself so you can enjoy the privacy while you are scuba diving.
While you scuba dive in Philippines, you will be able to enjoy several things, the first is the variety of coral reefs that form marvelous sceneries and shapes under water, you may also enjoy the wrecked ships in the area. There are different ships that sunk in the area during the world war two, if you are one of those who enjoy diving the wrecked ships then Philippines is your next destination.
