What’s the difference between Disneyland and Disneyworld?

Can someone explain to me if those are the same thing or if they’re different?
I don’t know anything about those.

Disneyland is the original Disney Park and is located
in Anaheim, California. It consists of Disneyland,
California Adventure & Downtown Disney.
Walt Disney World is located in Orlando, Florida
and is made up of 4 Theme Parks (Magic Kingdom,

Only difference is location. Disneyland is in California and Disneyworld is in Florida.

I’ve been to both and Disney WORLD is much better! And i mean much better. It is exponentially bigger more attractions, sights, sounds, shows, rides, in every aspect more enjoyable. If you have the choice of going to either one, go to disney world, you will not regret it one bit, worth every penny. There is so much to do at this place, I was there for an entire week and still missed out on some attractions because of the crowds and amount of people. Most AMAZING fireworks show 3x a day, I actually would sit down and watch every single one. They also have on on the water, its unbelievable.

disneyland is smaller and disneyworld is larger. i have been to both places and enjoy disneyworld more because their are several parks and more to do. disneyland was nice but i wouldnt do it again.
disny land is a little bigger I think, in florida, came before the disny lands,
ive never been to california but the one in florida is hard to beat except for the crowd.
Disneyland is in California.
Disney World is in Florida.
Disney World is huge and it’s a bunch of different parks.
Disneyland is one park.
Disney World is better.
