If you have a three day base ticket to Disneyworld, do the 3 days have to be used in a row?

Can I go to Disneyworld 2 days, then go to universal one day, then go to disney the next. Or does the 3 day base ticket have to be used in a row?

Any Disney ticket has to be used within 14 days of the first day of use. A three day ticket must be used within 14 days of your first visit to a park, so it is possible to do what you are suggesting.
The three day play pass that someone alluded to is ONLY AVAILABLE to Florida residents. You cannot purchase nor activate a Florida Resident pass without a valid Florida drivers license.
Edit for Itchianna: The Disney ticket structure is referred to as Magic Your Way. The more days you purchase, the cheaper it is. It would be $67 for a one day, one park ticket or $210 for a seven day, one park ticket. The $210 is a big number, but works out to only $30 for a one day ticket!!! That’s less than half price! You can purchase the Park Hopper option for $45. That means a one day Park Hopper would be $112, but a seven day Park Hopper would be $248, which is $35 for each day of Park Hopping!! The No Expiration option is expensive; the same seven day Park Hopper at $248 would be $338 for the No Exp option; but those seven days are good forever.
Once you get to that price level, it pays to look into Annual Passes. If you are going to spend more than 10 days a year at Disney (day trips, staying at a Disney resort or not) it makes sense to buy one of their Annual Passes, especially when you factor in the savings you get on rooms.
yes. I’ve gone to disney world. i know.
Yes you can. You have up to 14 days from the first date that you use the ticket to use them. If you don’t use it and you don’t have a non expiring ticket then you will lose the dates that are left on you ticket. I have people do that all the time so you will be safe to use your Disney ticket for so many days and then to go back later. Also I would look at upgrading you ticket. With only a 3 day ticket and 4 parks , I would get a park hopper ticket so that if you would like you can go to 2 parks in one day. With the ticket that you have now if you were to do that each park would take one day of you ticket. So if you would happen to want to go to like Animal Kingdom durning the day and then to Epcot that night you would only really have 2 days.. It isn’t that much to upgrade either. Just an option.

But please call. I prefer getting answers online, but considering previous poster’s advice (been there), you really need to call
That is an excellent question. I have always stayed on the grounds and and purchased a ticket for each day. I know there is a way to purcase tickets without expiration dates. You most likely need to contact the agency you purchased them from and ask there. Post the answer, I am very curious.
