Planning a future family trip & just wondering how pricey the food is. I’m guessing it costs quite a bit but if you’ve been there and ate inside the park before I’m interested in finding out the range of food prices. Drinks, burgers, etc. etc. We are thinking of going to subway and buy the big sandwich, cut it into sections and wrapping it up and put in in our backpacks…to take into the park.

bout 3 times the price for the same thing outside the park
A LOT!!!! Everything is way over priced pack lunches.
ABOUT 10 PER PERSON IS THE CHEAPEST I THINK
usually from 7-15 dollars for a meal. i recomment subway. =] take it from me, ive been to disney like 100′s of times.
1 soda is 2.00
1 hambuger 3.69
1 hotdog 2.99
To much
Disney…it costs an arm and a leg. Seriously it costs about $50-100 dollars a day to eat at the parks for a family of 4, basic Micky D’s and all.
estimate your costs at 8-16 dollars per person per meal. you pay for the convenience, not the quality.
We live in So Cal and go to Disneyland and food is VERY pricey we spend close to $100.00 a meal for our family! What we started doing was bring a cooler with food in it and return to car eat and go back to enjoy park.
4bucks for almost everything there, bring lots of money
You guys fucking* exaggerate to much. I was in Disneyworld 2 weeks ago and the food isn’t that pricey. Colacoca is about 2.50 and for a plate of food average is about 7 bucks.
Well sweetie i have a family of five….and we usually spend about 200-300 dollars when we eat inside…but when we eat outside….80-100 bucks. So i would go with your idea…the subway sandwich thing.
A huge pile of grease from the hotel, that you will be hurling into the toilet later, costs about $15.00.
A beautiful meal at the Character buffet costs about $25.00.
If I remember correctly, I haven’t been there for a year and a half, but I remember being pretty disgusted with the fast food and happy with the real sit down meals.
Expensive but not exorbitant. About as much a fairly nice restaurant for food that’s decidedly fast food quality. In DisneyLand at least, the new orleans style cafe is the exception, and you can get REALLY good food for maybe $12 a head with drinks. Still expensive, but more worth it. If you have a big enough family, definitely do the subway, but if it’s small, you may just not want to go to the hassle. And they may check your bags. Also budget for water/drinks, as you’re going to get mighty thirsty and both are expensive. On second thought, do subway and save your money for fluids, as you’re going to want them cold.
