   Disneyland was the first and the original park built by Walt Disney in the 50′s. it is located in southern California (Anaheim, i believe). much later they added a second park, Disney’s California Adventure. due to size restrictions, it was built on what used to be the front parking lot of Disneyland.

   Disney World was Walt’s updated idea to build an all inclusive park and buy enough land that you would not loose the magic by seeing street traffic, noise, etc. it opened in 1971 near Orlando Florida with just one park, the Magic Kingdom. later on they added three more theme parks. as of now it has over a dozen hotels to go along with the parks. Disney World refers to everything there. the parks, hotels, etc. but because there was only one park there when it opened, a lot of people refer to the Magic Kingdom as Disney World.

   I have been to both and like both. some people like the fact that Disneyland was the first park and the only park that Walt ever got to see. he passed away before Disney World was built.

   I’ve been to both, I liked Disneyland better. It feels more like what Disney should be. Disneyworld is too much to me, too overdone.

   Umm idk, their both the best parks 2 me so yeppers
