The Gold Coast is one of the most amazing places you will ever visit. With it’s white sand beaches and waters from the Pacific Ocean, the Gold Coast of Australia, is like no other place you have ever seen.

Nestled along the shoreline are some incredible towns that can make for a fun day trip down the coast. A trip down the coast is great fun and with the moderate temperatures of this region you will find that any time of year is a good time to visit. The following are just a few of the towns you can visit as you make your way down the Gold Coast.

Coolangatta is the southernmost suburb of the Gold Coast. Coolangatta is at the mouth of Tweed River which and its fish fleets supply the seafood offered in the restaurants and clubs of this region. Although there are other region at the southern points of the shoreline, Coolangatta is the one you want to be sure and visit.

Surfers Paradise is a great spot for a swim, surf or family fun. It is one of the Gold Coast major tourist attractions and has many surf beaches, national parks and theme parks. At Surfers Paradise you will not find yourself searching for a place to shop, eat or take in the sights; this activities are around you wherever you go in this region.

Main Beach: A great town for taking a dive, Main Beach offers several diving opportunities and an incredible opportunity awaits you at the bathing pavilion an incredible stop for afternoon refreshments and a nice walk to stretch, this is one of the most scenic locations on the northern end of the Gold Coast.

Southport is known as the central business district of the Gold Coast. It is an up and coming tourist area that is full of places for original boutiques and shopping malls. This area also offers many delicious meals at their incredible cafes and restaurants.

Gold Coast Hinterland: One of the most unique areas on the coast, the Gold Coast Hinterland is a natural wonder, a sub-tropical area filled with flora and fauna galore. A great place to walk around and explore nature, this area is filled with rich National Parks and dense forest perfect for an afternoon hike.
