Disneyworld after Thanksgiving. What are the crowds like?

We will be in Disneyworld for a week beginning the Friday after Thanksgiving. What are the lines like and how crowded is the park? What are the estimated wait times for the most popular and for some of the less attractive rides at this time of year?

Besides for DisneyWorld what else is there to do? 7 year old boy. Also what are some fun restaurants?

Going to Orlando and I want to take my son to disney for a couple of days but I also want to find some other cool things to do that dont involve disney or theme parks. Me and my husband will also have a eight month old with us when we go. Any suggestions would be helpful. I know the baby wont enjoy anything we just want to take him before he gets "too old" for disney.

were not ganna be in the room much so we dont care about quality we just want the cheapest possible with no gimics
