The Five best places to stay in Springfield MO

If you have an upcoming trip to Springfield Missouri we have rated the following hotels as the top five places to stay. Some things you will find include Bass Pro Shops, the Discovery Center and many caves. Springfield is also only about 30 minutes from Branson.
1. The Days Inn on Battlefield Road is a very nice hotel with good rates. They have a very friendly set of employees all the way to the cleaning crew. The location is great, close to restaurants and the highway that goes to Branson.
2. The Hampton Inn on Chestnut Expressway is another great hotel. This place also is known for its friendly staff and the fact that it is clean. This is one of the better Hampton Inns. It is also close to Highway 65 which leads right to Branson.
3. The Holiday Inn Express is the place if you are a baseball fan! The hotel sits right across the street from Hammon’s Field, home of the Springfield Cardinals. The Springfield Cardinal’s are the double a affiliate of the St. Louis Caridnals. The hotel reviews have stated that the hotel is very comfortable and clean. It is also located very close to the downtown square.
4. The Residence Inn is in a great location overall. It is in the newer part of the city which is growing fast. There are restaruants and shopping all around this property. They are probably in the best location of the hotels I speak of because they have easy access to everything. I probably would not stay here, however, if I was coming in or going out through the airport.
5. The Comfort Suites Medical District is a great place to stay for people who need to be near the hospitals. The property is pretty new and has a nice facility. They are close to restaurants and shopping. One thing about it no matter where you stay in Springfield you will be close to some place to grab a bite to eat!
