Ibiza is a very small Island which is 45 km long and 25km wide and you can virtually visit all Ibiza’s Towns and Villages during your vacation. In spite of how small this Island is it has gained international reputation and is a renowned holiday destination.

The capital of the Island is Ibiza which is an extremely vibrant and fascinating town and there is something for everyone to do twenty four seven. Ibiza does not have a beach but very close by you will find Talamanca which offers beautiful soft sandy beaches and has an array of hotels.

Well worth visiting on the Island are other quaint little towns and villages like he beautiful resort of Playa d’en Bossa which will keep you entertained with its many clubs and bars and Figueretas which is a small village has an amazing selection of restaurants with fine cuisine as well as bars and cafes.

San Antonia is the second largest resort and one of the most awesome bays in the Mediterranean with staggering sunsets. The third largest resort is Santa Eulalia which is a wonderful family resort and another family resort is Es Cana which has a little fishing harbour and a famous hippy market. Portinatx is a tiny family resort as well as Cala Llonga being a very beautiful bay where the water is shallow and safe for the children.

If you are looking at relaxing and having a quite holiday with your family and maybe participate in some water sports then you should visit towns and villages like Puerto de San Miguel or Cala Vadella or try Cala Tarida. You will also be amazed by the towering cliffs which enclose some of the beaches.

A drive will not take you longer than an hour to any of these breathtaking towns and villages and one should not miss a drive through rural Spain’s countryside where one will also encounter the farmlands with their rows of lemon and orange trees as almond trees. Then a visit to San Jose is a must as this is a delightful little town situated on top of a hill. Once you have visited Ibiza’s Towns and Villages you will return time and again.
