The Blessed Cross Church Flea Market has been held for the last 9 years. On May 2, 2009 the Blessed Cross Church Flea Market will be held for this year. The location of the event will be at the Blessed Cross Methodist Church Flea Market, Intersection Of Hiway 169 & 273RD Ave Nw. This is an indoor and outdoor event that will feature a great amount of products for sale.
For the past years the flea market has been held on the third Saturday of May or the Second Saturday of September. The event will open from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. The promoters will allow vendors to set up their booths on May 1 form 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. and again on May 2 form 6:00 A.M. to 8:00 A.M.
Based on previous years event the promoters are expecting about 1,000 attendees to this flea market. The flea market is a free admission for the public. There will be restrooms available inside the church for the public use.
Visitors and vendors parking spaces will be free. The designated parking area for visitors will be at the churchs 100 parking spaces and the streets. For the vendors designated parking area it will be found at the far end lot area of the church. The promoters will not allow RV parking onsite.
The vendors will be provided by the promoters a limited supply of electricity. The promoters will not provide the vendors water, table and chairs. Tables will be available for a $5.00 fee. Or vendors can bring their own tables and chairs.
The promoters will provide the advertisement of the event. The advertisements will be done by posting ads in the local newspaper, radio broadcasting of the event and flyers will be distributed around the area. For vendors who are interested to join the space fee is $15.00 for an inside space of 10×10 and the outdoor space is 25×25.
