Alaska Pinal County Craft Festival

On March 25 to 29 there will be an Alaska Pinal County Fair with the intention of Getting a Movin at the fair. This festival will be held at Pinal County fairgrounds in Casa Grande. It will be a whole day family affair with a lot of activities for everyone to enjoy.

Local and national music artist will provide us with beautiful music to listen and enjoy to. There are musicians like Tiffany Joe Allen, Arizona’s Yodeling Sweetheart and Keepsakes. Tiffany Joe is an international notoriety with her unique blend of classic and modern country styling while Keepsakes are a local doo-wop group that is very groovy.

A new attraction to the festival is The Flores Thrill Show; this show includes the Globe of Death. Where there are two motorcycles running around a steel cage, this will surely thrill you. There are also other daily shows like Nancy Kobert’s Amazing World of Birds, Comedy Hypnotist Susan Rosen, Balloon Man Skip Banks, World Record Holder Unicyclist-Juggler Chaz Marquette, and Magician Godfrey.

The festival will also show different craft makers that offer you a variety of goods like jewelry, pottery, pots and pans, insurance, cosmetics and more for sale. You can even learn from the craft shows from baking, photography, wood carving, sewing and painting is available. While you and your family are enjoying the festival there is no shortage of local and national unique cuisine that will satisfy anyones craving.

On March 28 there will be an annual livestock auction. It will feature the best of what Pinal county can offer you. There will also be rides available what would a fair be without the rides.

All kids will get the chance to participate in the festival because the Read to Ride program is back on Sunday. County students who read 6 books and bring their completed form to the fair with them on Sunday (before 3pm) will be admitted to the fair for free and will also receive tickets to ride 4 free carnival rides.
